Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms govern use of the Plumora service, available at ma-plumora.app. By creating an account you accept these terms.

2. Service

Plumora is an AI editor for fiction writers, providing: narrative inconsistency detection, style-preserving corrections, auto-generated Codex (characters, locations, events), and DOCX export with Word Track Changes. The service is provided as-is, with best-effort availability, without 100% uptime warranty.

3. User account

An individual account is required. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Shared accounts, bots, and quota-circumvention attempts are prohibited and result in suspension without notice.

4. Pricing and payments

• Free tier: manuscript import, analysis preview, reduced quotas.
• Manuscript Audit: €29 incl. tax, one-time payment per project. Unlocks unlimited corrections, full Codex, Style DNA, DOCX export. Refundable within 14 days, no reason required, on simple request.
• Subscriptions: monthly, cancellable at any time. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never store card data.

5. Intellectual property

Your manuscript belongs entirely to you. Plumora claims no rights over your content. We never use your manuscript to train models. You can export and delete your content at any time.

AI-suggested corrections are proposals: you accept or decline each. The final work remains yours.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Plumora for:

• illegal content (hate speech, child sexual abuse material, defamation…);
• spamming, scraping the service, reverse-engineering;
• publishing third-party content without permission;
• circumventing payments or quotas.

Any violation results in immediate suspension without pro-rata refund.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from settings. Ongoing subscriptions end at the close of the paid period. Already-unlocked one-shot audits remain accessible via export for 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account for a breach of these terms, with prior notice except in case of force majeure or material harm.

8. Liability

Plumora is an editing aid: AI suggestions may contain errors. You are responsible for validating each correction. We do not warrant an error-free final text. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid over the past 12 months.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute is subject to competent courts. Amicable settlement will always be sought first.
